Advantages and Conditions

Companies can become VIP members of RPSF. In return for an annual contribution, we offer you various services that will surely make your business-life a lot easier and brighter. You can choose from 4 categories: Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze. Below, you find the details for each category, as well as the contribution fee to subscribe to the category:

CATEGORY A: PLATINUM (20 MILLION RWF)

Private sector members in the Platinum sponsorship category will be accorded the following special services in consideration for their sponsorship to the federation:

1. Airport protocol services during check in (for heads of the companies) saving you from queues;
2. Invitation to official state ceremonies where the federation is always represented and organization of VIP sitting;
3. Dine with heads of states and special guests to the country where the federation is invited;
4. Priority intervention on business challenges presented to the federation;
5. Your company logo to appear on the federation quarterly magazine in the platinum corner;
6. Invitation to participate as advisor at the public private sector forum under the presidency of the Prime Minister;
7. Chairman and other Federation officials special mentions during official events;
8. Your company logo presented on the federation website as Platinum member;
9. The head of the organization to be issued with a platinum member card of the Rwanda Private sector federation;
10. Invitations as key note speaker in private sector federation organized conferences;
11. Annual dinner and exchange on economic issues with the head of state;
12. Optional inclusion on head of state delegation list when visiting other countries;
13. Exchange of information and facilitation for your participation in international exhibitions;
14. First right of refusal on space allocation at the private sector federation permanent exhibition ground;
15. A one page free advert in the annual exhibition catalogue;
16. A one page free advert in the annual exhibition catalogue;
17. Featuring on the permanent honors plaque/ roll at the federation offices.

CATEGORY B: GOLD (15 MILLION RWF)

Private sector members in the Gold sponsorship category will be accorded the following special services in consideration for their sponsorship to the federation:

1. Airport protocol services during check in (for heads of the companies) saving you from queues;
2. Invitation to official state ceremonies where the federation is always represented;
3. Dine with heads of states and special guests to the country where the federation is invited;
4. Rapid intervention on business challenges presented to the federation;
5. Your company logo to appear on the federation quarterly magazine in the gold corner;
6. Invitation to participate as advisor at the public private sector forum under the presidency of the Prime Minister;
7. The head of the organization to be issued with a gold member card of the Rwanda Private sector federation;
8. Your company logo presented on the federation website as Gold member;
9. A one page free advert in the annual exhibition catalogue;
10. Annual dinner and exchange on economic issues with the head of state;
11. Featuring on the permanent honors plaque/ roll at the federation offices.

CATEGORY C: SILVER (10 MILLION RWF)

Private sector members in the Silver sponsorship category will be accorded the following special services in consideration for their sponsorship to the federation:

1. Invitation to official state ceremonies where the federation is always represented;
2. Rapid intervention on business challenges presented to the federation;
3. Your company logo to appear on the federation quarterly magazine in the silver corner;
4. Invitation to participate as advisor at the technical committees of the public private sector forum;
5. Special mentions during public events as a silver sponsor;
6. Annual dinner and exchange on economic issues with the head of state.

CATEGORY D: BRONZE (5 MILLION RWF)

Private sector members in the Bronze sponsorship category will be accorded the following special services in consideration for their sponsorship to the federation:

1. Optional invitation to official state ceremonies where the federation is always represented quota allowing
2. Timely intervention on business challenges presented to the federation
3. Invitation to participate as advisor at the technical committees of the public private sector forum
4. Special mentions during public events as a bronze sponsor
5. Half a page free advert in the annual exhibition catalogue
